Breaking the BREAK!!

Hello dear readers, I hope you're all doing great! I'm excited to reconnect with you after a rejuvenating summer break. Our month-long vacation was just what we needed to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Spending quality time with loved ones, relaxing, and recharging was exactly what we needed.

However, getting back to reality hasn't been easy. Four days in, and we're still adjusting to the routine. It's funny how our minds and bodies get accustomed to relaxation mode! As I reflect on my experience, I'm reminded of a verse from the Bible: "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might…" (Ecclesiastes 9:10). I'm taking it one step at a time, slowly getting back into the swing of things. How about you? How's your post-vacation adjustment going? 😊

The True You!

 The True You

Hello Champions, I hope you all are having great time in life.

Story behind

I’m glad to meet you all to share something usual but unusual I’ve noticed recently. My son is in high school. He was suffering from recurrent, mild throat congestion during his exams. We were pretty much concerned for him. Thank God. He’s fine now.

In a day, as long as I was at my workplace, doing something or the other, surrounded by people all the time, I don’t even think about him, What I’ve noticed was, the moment I come out and alone for just a few seconds, the very first thing popped up in my mind was a little bit worrisome thought about my son. This happened for 2 consecutive days.

"As soon as I realized that, despite being occupied with several tasks throughout the working hours, this thought was continuously running in my subconscious mind, which no one knows, I started thinking about people who try to suppress their emotions and push them out of conscious awareness. They only appear strong all the time. How easy it is!

We all do this, but we also know that our emotions aren't dead; they're peeping out rarely or often, seeking to be addressed and resolved. Buried emotions can burst out, harming us emotionally, physically, and relationally.

Our true self lies in the deepest part of our heart. God has created us in His own image. πŸ˜‡

"We often appear strong, suppressing emotions, but they resurface, seeking acknowledgment. Like the 'Pressure Cooker Syndrome,' accumulated emotions result in sudden unpleasant outbursts.

Action Points:

1. Acknowledge and settle emotions with yourself.

2. Share with trustworthy individuals.

Just Release the Pressure!

The Ultimate distance I've ever travelled

Hello friends, hope you all are doing great! 😊

~Introduction note~

Basically, I hail from the other side of the country. It is more than 2,000 km from the place I live. I travel back and forth once a year during vacation time. Though it's once a year, 4000 km is quite a distance to cover and tiring sometimes. But very recently, I realized that there's another farthest trip I'm taking in my life every now and then.

~_The story of my trip_~

Yes!! It's the distance between seeing the dream and chasing the dream. I wanted to start blogging soon after I started working, which was around 6 years ago. But my first blog post was published just 3 days ago.  So, it took me almost 6 years to bridge the gap between seeing and chasing. I sometimes wonder if I'm the only such traveler, but I'm sure there are many with me.. πŸ€—

_~Spectrum~_🌈

Reasons won't be the same for everyone... It's a broad Spectrum which is 360 degrees wide.  For me, it was like looking for a solid time to finish a task in one go. It's highly impossible for me to take a 1-2 hour slot in a day. So, after so much struggle within, I've finally decided to do it in installments. This blog is an example of this. It took 3 days, 3  installments, with the last one written early in the morning before anyone woke up. Finally it's done!! 😎🀭

Find out your reason!!

For some, it may be priorities. If you have high-priority work (family, kids, etc.) compared to chasing your own dreams, remember you're doing a noble job that gives you wonderful results in the long run. And soon, your dreams will also come up in the list.

For others, it maybe lack of guidance. Never hesitate to take help from others. Taking help is far better than compromising your dreamz. We all need help in some way or the other. Of course, there's no better counselor than God.

For some, it may be just procrastination or ignorance. No one else will push us to chase our dreams other than ourselves. πŸ’―

For some, it may be helplessness or unfavorable conditions. I understand.... πŸ™‚it's difficult to put our self aside, but just do your best in what you're doing already and leave the rest to God. He will exalt you in the right time.πŸ˜‡

Many other reasons will be there in the 360-degree spectrum. Whatever it is, try to find better alternatives and take a little time and effort to keep yourself happy and satisfied.

Takeaway: Practice all possibilities to shorten your trip. You are a champion; you can do it! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

Its all how we LOOK at it!!

  Dear readers,

I believe that you all are hopeful in the Roller Coaster ride of life. Life takes unexpected turns where some are exciting and some are terrible. Some times life is plain without any twist or turns. We don't find it interesting too. We say there's no KICK in life! So what exactly we want from life?

Life teaches us so many things. It gives us many opportunities to become a better human everyday. I'm glad that some could make use of it but some others just pass the bucks.

Do you remember Rosary Peas(jequirity bean) (gunja in Hindi)? It usually comes in 2 colors. Bright Red(80-85%)  and Black(15-20%). There is a famous saying about this Rosary Pea that it doesn't know about its15-20% black shade.

Though the saying reflects the one who do not know his own faults, lets look at it in an other way.  If we can concentrate only on red color in our life , we will be happy ignoring what we don't like(the black shade).

IF the rosary pea focuses only on the 20% black, its missing out the beautiful and vibrant RED and messing with life.

So, It's all how We Look at it! What do you say? Do we need to focus on what we have and be happy or on what we don't like and be gloomy?

We need to make a little efforts to shift the side. You will rock!!
